What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Partner with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into analytics solutions
Conduct in‑depth analysis of member journey analytics, product adoption patterns, and engagement metrics
Build and maintain cohort behavior tracking, funnel analyses, and member segmentation frameworks
Design and develop intuitive Looker dashboards for tracking client and member outcomes
Provide clear, actionable insights through reports, presentations, and ad hoc analyses
What is Required (Qualifications)
1‑3 years of experience in data analytics, product analytics, or marketing analytics roles
Strong SQL proficiency for complex member behavior analysis
Hands‑on experience building dashboards and models in Looker
Deep understanding of marketing attribution, conversion funnels, and cohort analysis
Experience with healthcare claims data and understanding of HIPAA compliance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
Familiarity with GCP services and BigQuery for large‑scale member data analysis
Experience with cloud data warehouses and data transformation tools
Knowledge of data privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR) related to marketing and member data
Experience building external‑client facing presentations with clear visuals
