What You Will Do
Work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans.
Provide 1‑on‑1 in‑home ABA therapy to assigned clients.
Ensure each client is in a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
Maintain client satisfaction by delivering high‑quality care and support.
Log daily observations, collect and report critical data to monitor progress.
Receive remote and/or in‑person supervision from a BCBA to refine ABA techniques.
Enjoy seeing and contributing to the extraordinary progress of clients as they develop positive behaviors and new skills.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience providing ABA therapy or implementing ABA techniques in a school or home setting.
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) status, or willingness to obtain certification within 3 weeks of the start date – required.
Completed the 40‑hour RBT course (or willing to take the course through our company).
Fluent in English and able to communicate effectively.
Flexible, part‑time availability with the possibility of gaining full‑time hours.
Experience handling confidential information.
Strong communication, problem‑solving, and rapport‑building skills.
Organizational skills to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
2+ years working with children or adolescents on the autism spectrum and developmental disabilities.
