Christian Dior’s E‑Merchandising Manager will drive the business of various E‑Commerce activities with a focus on E‑Merchandising and Business Reporting, while supporting Omnichannel services and Digital Marketing, specifically for the Men’s, Baby and Maison universes. This position will report directly to the E‑Commerce Senior Director and collaborate with the Americas Merchandising team, CRM, Supply Chain, Media, and key HQ partners. Through these functions, the E‑Merchandising Manager will lead the operational side of the online business from buy to assortment/merchandising and actively collaborate on cross‑functional partnerships and brand awareness.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the North American E‑Commerce landscape, a passion for data, proven experience in managing online merchandising initiatives, and a commitment to creating the best‑in‑class digital client experience. This position will also supervise the E‑Commerce Associate Manager for Men’s, Baby and Maison.

Job responsibilities E‑Merchandising

Manage site merchandising updates daily based on inventory ownership, marketing calendar, key launches, and overall Merchandising Guidelines

Analyze product performance and identify opportunities to optimize the assortment based on sales, inventory, subscribers and demand across all channels

Maintain Dior.com animation planning to ensure consistent customer experience, ensure all timelines and collection launch dates are met, and communicate .com marketing calendar changes and updates regularly to necessary cross‑functional teams

Lead collaboration with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate information on all items (product copy and specs). This includes working with retail teams, product merchandisers, and marketing/creative teams

Manage online product assortment by regularly collaborating with Supply Chain, Warehouse, Merchants, and HQ to ensure an accurate assortment online at all times

Continuously monitor site bugs related to product and content displayed. Escalate and resolve in real time with IT teams

Propose changes to navigation, PLPs, PDPs, and filters based on business needs

Collaborate with Client Services Center and DC Operations to ensure an exceptional customer experience and accurate product catalog on Dior.com

Represent and advocate for E‑Commerce during collection showrooms, collaborating on the buy with the Merchandising team and reviewing Open‑to‑Buy envelope with Central teams

Business & Site Analytics

Manage weekly and monthly E‑Commerce Business Reviews, providing actionable insights to management

Monitor Dior.com business to achieve fiscal sales goals, tracking weekly sales targets, and implementing best initiatives as needed to meet sales goals

Create action plans to drive the Dior.com business from a product perspective and provide recommendations to management for overall online business strategy

Create and present executive presentations on a quarterly basis, providing recommendations to the business based on historical performance and upcoming action plans

Analyze sell‑thru reports by season to inform stakeholders of highlights and potential opportunities to further drive success of Dior.com

Provide seasonal buying recaps of the best and worst performing categories for the merchants to adjust maximize performance

Partner with the omnichannel team to review stock sourcing, including longtail and endless aisle options, and recommend stock optimizations based on product insights

E‑Marketing

Communicate key product focuses to be featured in commercial newsletters and media campaigns, and collaborate with Performance Marketing, CRM, PR and Media teams to ensure product priorities are promoted

Create weekly Newsletter mocks and send proposals to CRM HQ team. Constantly monitor competitive landscape to provide fresh and compelling layout in marketing newsletters

Review targeting needs with Performance Marketing, CRM, and Media teams to ensure cohesive product reach

Profile

5+ years minimum experience in E‑Commerce related activities or fashion merchant/analyst role

Ability to analyze large volumes of data, draw actionable insights, and communicate these results to non‑experts

Strong proactive communications skills, entrepreneurial approach, ability to function in a fast‑paced environment, and ability to collaborate in a matrixed team environment

Strong project management ability; managing communication, timelines, defining clear objectives, and delivering key insights on analytical questions in a timely manner

Must be highly organized and detail‑oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with un‑prompted follow‑through

Excellent in Microsoft Office Suite; Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, nested ifs) and PowerPoint (presentation building skills) required, PowerBI proficiency is plus

Contentsquare and Coremedia proficiency is plus

Fluent in English, French is plus

Additional information The selected candidate will be offered a salary within the range of $100k‑115k annually, plus bonus eligibility.
