Purchasing Assistant

Job Summary
Provides administrative support for purchasing department
Assists with processing of purchase orders and invoices
Builds and enters data into spreadsheets
Compiles, updates, and processes records
Provides open lines of communication with internal staff and external vendors.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year recent administrative experience OR purchasing experience
Proficient computer and MS Office (EXCEL and WORD) skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.
