Restaurant Shift Manager
This posting is for a role with an independent McDonald’s franchisee. Our team is hiring motivated Restaurant Shift Managers for Morning shifts, 18 years old and older.
Pay $17.00/hr – $21.00/hr (DOE)
Responsibilities
Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards.
Communicate effectively with Crew and the next Shift Manager to help them prepare to run a great shift.
Achieve shift targets and help departments meet their goals.
Monitor safety, security, inventory and profitability.
Manage Crew schedules and encourage high performance during the shift.
Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production.
Train new team members on critical job functions.
