Primary Responsibilities
Customer Service – You assist customers in a fast‑paced environment, providing friendly and efficient help.
Executes pricing and signing – You change ticket prices and signing on merchandise accurately and quickly.
Replenish and restock the store – When merchandise is low, you pull and prepare items for the sales floor to ensure styles and sizes are available.
Receive and unload merchandise – You work with coworkers to unload a truck and prepare the merchandise in the backroom.
Backroom standards – You keep the stockroom safe, clean, and organized.
Online JCP.com pick‑up – You may be responsible for finding and fulfilling orders placed online.
Merchandise strategy – You execute leadership plans for merchandise placement with efficiency and detail.
Participates in a learning environment – You absorb new information from peers or training materials on our merchandise or business processes.
