Warehouse Specialist (Full‑Time)

Mygrant Glass is hiring a Warehouse Specialist to help run our warehouse operations. The role involves preparing orders, receiving and storing products, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
Responsibilities
Prepare and complete warehouse orders in a timely manner – pick, load, pack, label, and ship.
Receive and process incoming product shipments.
Unload inventory from trucks, inspect for damage, and sign receipt paperwork.
Stock items accurately in their designated locations.
Perform inventory cycle counts and maintain inventory controls.
Operate warehouse vehicles and equipment safely.
Communicate and cooperate with team members to meet daily objectives.
Follow all quality standards, procedures, rules, and regulations.
Assist in audits and keep quality standards high.
Requirements
Experience with modern warehouse practices – use of iPad and Bluetooth devices.
Strong organizational, accuracy, and time‑management skills.
Physical strength to frequently unload, load, and lift automotive glass up to 35 lbs, with occasional parts up to 75 lbs.
Basic math skills and keen eye for detail.
Ability to learn RFID inventory systems.
Forklift/license experience is a plus (not required).
