Responsibilities
Supervise, train, and motivate employees to maintain enthusiastic customer service.
Ensure orders are taken in a prompt, accurate, and courteous manner.
Resolve customer concerns promptly.
Take inventory of stock during shift to determine ordering needs and prevent shortages.
Count cash on hand at shift change and at closing to identify shortages or overages and prepare bank deposit statements.
Work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Demonstrate strong written, verbal, mathematical, and interpersonal skills.
Provide reliable transportation.
