Senior Project Manager – Land Development
Location:
Cary, NC
Pay:
$145K - $170K

Responsibilities
Manage and deliver land development projects including stormwater management, grading, water/sanitary sewer, and erosion/sediment control design
Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution to meet deadlines and budgets
Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with regulatory agency requirements
Prepare proposals, scopes, budgets, and manage project financials (invoices, receivables)
Build and maintain strong client relationships, while pursuing new business opportunities
Mentor, hire, and train new staff to grow a high-performing civil/site development team
Provide oversight and guidance on permitting and construction activities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (required)
Professional Engineer (PE) license
10+ years of site design experience in land development
Expertise in stormwater management, hydraulics, hydrologic analysis, grading, and site development
Proficiency with AutoCAD (Civil 3D experience preferred)
Knowledge of city, county, and state land use processes and regulations (NC experience preferred)
Strong leadership, client management, and financial management skills
