Responsibilities
Audit products presented for acceptance, checking for cosmetics, safety, part presence, and operation defects.
Maintain audit check sheets in the QA database and ensure data accuracy in the Total Quality Management (TQM) software.
Audit internal processes and work instructions as required.
Support completion of monthly yard audits.
Escalate quality issues and non‑conforming conditions to the responsible internal parties.
Assist in investigation and containment when safety and quality issues are found.
Perform rework on vehicles on quality hold to meet engineering specifications and follow containment procedures, as required.
Assist in the validation of Quality Gates and Control plans, as required.
Facilitate on‑the‑job training (OJT) for new inspectors using standardized inspection plans.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (required).
Experience: 2–4 years in a manufacturing environment (required).
Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office, SAP, MES preferred.
