Sr. Manager, Strategic Projects Renuity is hiring a

Senior Manager, Strategic Projects .

Responsibilities

Lead the practical execution of greenfield market entries, translating strategic decisions into actionable launch plans, including detailed project management, resource allocation, and timeline management.

Oversee the establishment of all necessary infrastructure for new greenfield operations (site selection, facility build‑out, initial team hiring, technology integration, licensing/compliance, vendor onboarding, training for operational readiness, and supply chain establishment).

Manage end‑to‑end execution from pre‑launch activities to day‑one activation, and to 30/60/90‑day ramp‑up, ensuring a smooth transition from pilot phase to fully operational status.

Accountable for the initial P&L performance and ramp‑up trajectory of new greenfield operations, ensuring they meet predetermined financial and operational targets.

Lead the implementation and rollout of new product and service offerings into existing Renuity divisions and new greenfield markets, coordinating product development, marketing, sales, and operations.

Ensure all divisions are operationally ready to support new products, including training sales teams, updating installation protocols, training install teams, supplier readiness, and warehouse (branch readiness).

Drive successful adoption and integration of new products/services, tracking initial performance, gathering feedback, and iterating on rollout strategies.

Develop, refine, and institutionalize Renuity’s Growth Playbook, establishing standard processes, templates, and playbooks for scalable market and product launches.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5+ years of execution‑focused experience, preferably within operations, strategy, or project management in a growth‑oriented or private‑backed environment.

Proven success leading large‑scale implementations, market expansions, or product rollouts.

Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.

Strong communication skills, leadership, and influencing skills to drive alignment across all teams.

Willingness to travel extensively to new and developing markets.

Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment and deliver measurable results.
