A homecare clinic is seeking an experienced Call Center Director to lead its high-volume call center operations. The ideal candidate will oversee a large team, optimize communication workflows, and ensure exceptional patient service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Overseeing and managing day-to-day call center operations

Leading, training, and motivating a large call center team

Ensuring high standards of patient communication and service

Implementing workflows, procedures, and performance metrics

Streamlining processes to increase efficiency and reduce bottlenecks

Collaborating with leadership to align service goals

Ideal Qualifications

Experience in call center leadership, preferably in healthcare or homecare

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Strong leadership and team-management abilities

Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment

Highly organized, process-driven, and proactive

Salary:

$75k - $100k/Year
