Job Description
As a
Security Professional - Site Patrol - Morning Shift
in
San Francisco, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage and more .
As an unarmed patrol officer in a food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help to deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming presence. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with staff and guests, and respond to situations as they arise. Exceptional customer service and clear communication are key, as you contribute to a positive environment. Responsibilities
Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the food and beverage location and its perimeter, observing for any unusual activity or potential issues. Assist in helping to deter unwanted behavior and maintain a welcoming environment for all patrons and staff. Document and report any incidents or observations according to site protocols. Work collaboratively with location staff and management to address concerns and support daily operations.
Minimum Requirements
At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. CA Security Professional Guard Card is preferred. A valid guard card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
