We’re seeking an experienced
Primary Care Physician
to lead the launch of an outpatient primary care program in Juneau, Alaska. Join a respected multispecialty group expanding into primary care and offering the opportunity to provide your input into the vision of the program. Their modern facility already offers Orthopedics, PM&R, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Massage Therapy, X‑ray, MRI, and DEXA.
This role is perfect for a physician who values autonomy, collaboration, and community medicine in one of the most scenic places in the world.
Position Highlights
Establish and grow a new primary care program within a thriving specialty group
Full‑spectrum outpatient practice: preventive, chronic disease, and acute care management, plus office‑based procedures
No call responsibilities — enjoy a predictable schedule and strong work‑life balance
Option for a 4‑day work week
Manageable patient volume: 15–25 patients per day
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $275,000–$300,000 (negotiable based on experience) plus production‑based incentives
Comprehensive health benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Malpractice insurance, 401(k) with profit‑sharing
PTO: 20 days annually + 11 paid holidays
CME: 5 days + $2,500 annual allowance
Relocation/sign‑on bonus: $30,000
Loan repayment: $25,000 after completion of year two
