They're able to communicate with customers via phone, text, email, and chat They provide our clients with a WOW experience at every interaction They work with internal departments to meet clients' needs Data entry in various platforms is no problem Their work ethic and personality is focused on client satisfaction and accomplishment through teamwork and unity. Responsibilities
Take minimum of 30+ inbound service calls per day Addressing any client questions or concerns, setting expectations, and completing any follow up work from your client interactions. Identify and address the client's needs and fill any coverage or policy gaps that are recognized.
Compensation: $42,500.00 - $52,500.00 per year
