Role Overview You will lead initiatives related to people development, talent pipeline, organizational effectiveness, change management, and cultural transformation. You will support HR functions for Logistics, Planning, Engineering, EH&S, and Commercialization/Strategy teams.
Key Responsibilities
Own the talent and performance management processes.
Regularly assess organizational structures to ensure appropriate staffing; partner with leaders on talent movement and development.
Drive Kraft Heinz culture and values; lead major cultural initiatives such as MBOs, continuous improvement, and meritocracy.
Enhance talent and skill development across the organization; facilitate training, mentoring, and rotations; serve as a mentor and coach.
Proactively address performance issues; evaluate employee relations trends; train managers on HR processes and communication.
Analyze HR metrics to inform business decisions and drive HR initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile
10+ years of HR experience
Experience leading HR teams and developing strategies that align with business results
Background in manufacturing or operations environments
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to influence strategy and analyze complex HR data
Additional Details This position is based in Chicago/Aon Center, with a salary range of $159,400 - $199,200. It is eligible for a performance-based bonus and comprehensive benefits, including health coverage, wellbeing programs, and retirement plans.
