About the Role: We are actively hiring a Physical Therapist to join our growing team in Boynton Beach, FL. You will work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment alongside Occupational and Speech Therapists, treating a diverse patient population with neurological and orthopedic conditions.
Location: 12040 S Jog Rd, Ste 8 Boynton Beach, FL 33437 Full-Time | In-Person | Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
Responsibilities: Deliver personalized 60-minute physical therapy sessions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with other therapy disciplines for integrated care Maintain accurate patient documentation and progress notes Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs
Qualifications: Active Florida Physical Therapy License (Required) Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (Neurology preferred) CPR Certification (Preferred) Must have a reliable commute or plan to relocate to Boynton Beach, FL prior to starting
Compensation and Benefits: Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 per year (depending on experience) Sign-on Bonus: $5,000 Paid Time Off (PTO) Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Continuing Education Credits Mentorship Program
