Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Therapist based in Tulsa, OK. The Therapist will provide individual, group, and family counseling to clients, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to meet each client's unique needs. The role involves conducting mental health assessments, maintaining accurate client records, and creating personalized treatment plans. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, offering crisis intervention, and supporting clients in achieving their goals.
Qualifications
Strong skills in counseling, psychotherapy, and active listening Proficiency in mental health assessments and individualized treatment planning Knowledge of evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness techniques Ability to build strong therapeutic relationships with clients and maintain confidentiality Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills Licensed or license-eligible in the state of Oklahoma (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW) Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field Previous experience in a clinical or counseling setting is preferred but not required Commitment to ongoing professional development and aligning
