About the Role

Symbiotic Services is seeking a

Senior Marketing Project Coordinator

to oversee creative marketing projects, ensuring smooth execution across teams and timelines. This role will lead

photoshoot productions, creative campaign coordination, and high-quality asset delivery

while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Oversee marketing and creative projects from concept to execution, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and brand alignment. Lead

photoshoot production

(pre-production planning, on-set coordination, and post-production). Coordinate with internal teams (design, photography, copywriting) and external vendors for seamless workflow. Develop and maintain detailed

project schedules

while tracking milestones and deliverables. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations. Optimize workflows, identify improvement areas, and enhance team efficiency. Track project performance and provide insights for future initiatives. Qualifications & Skills 5+ years of experience

in marketing project management, focusing on

photoshoot production and creative asset development . Proven track record in managing

cross-functional projects

in creative marketing and visual media. Strong organizational and

project management skills

with the ability to handle multiple projects. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across departments. Experience with

project management tools

(Asana, Trello) and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus. Ability to work in a

fast-paced, deadline-driven

environment while maintaining quality standards. Education Bachelor's degree in

Marketing, Communications, or a related field

preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
