Midland-Marvel Recruiters, LLC is hiring: Cardiovascular Services RN Director in

Community hospital part of a system looking to bring on Nurse Director Cardiovascular Services! Bonus Incentive Plan and Relocation!

Will help build and lead a rapidly expanding Cardiovascular Nursing program. This leadership role oversees CV-ICU, Heart Failure, and Med/Surg units, with new VAD and ECMO programs launching in the next year. Collaborate closely with an exceptional physician team-a world-renowned cardiothoracic surgeon driving ECMO/VAD development; advancing complex cardiac surgeries and patient flow; and a new heart failure specialist helping open two state-of-the-art units.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing.
• Master’s Degree in Nursing or within 2 years.
• Current RN license or current license deemed acceptable by the applicable State Board of Nursing.
• LVAD/VAD
• ECMO
• Minimum of five (or 3-5) years’ clinical nursing experience, of which 2 years must have been in a management capacity.
• Certification in clinical specialty or nursing administration preferred

Ideal Candidate:

• Ideal candidate will have a BSN and at least 2 years of leadership experience in cardiovascular services (charge nurse/nurse manager/director of nursing) leading VAD/LVAD and ECMO programs.
