We are looking for a positive and professional Customer Service Clerk to join our team in Oxnard, CA! A leading manufacturer is seeking eager and ambitious talent that is willing to learn new skills.
Provide excellent customer service, and handle continuous interaction between agents, staff and corporate office members providing daily shipping updates.
Related specific responsibilities will include:
Correspond with customers over the phone and via email in regards to pricing, orders, shipping, and product questions
Maintain a revolving list of in-house orders, following up on questions and approvals
Point of contact for various key account customers
Work together with various teams including sales, art, prepress, production, and shipping to make sure all orders run smoothly
Make both in-bound & out-bound calls up to 70+ a day to address in house and potential orders
Read source documents such as canceled checks, sales reports, or bills, and entered data in specific data fields or onto tapes or disks for subsequent entry using keyboards and scanners
Store completed documents in appropriate locations and selected materials needed to complete work assignments
Manage and organize records and files and prepared relevant reports needed
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Minimum 1 year of Excel experience
Clerical experience is a PLUS
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Detail oriented
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
