Principal Communications Associate, Premium+ Communications
We’re seeking an organized, proactive communications specialist to support our Premium+ team. The Principal Associate Communications will lead, draft, and deliver communication touchpoints for the PPX organization, partnering closely with the PPX Comms Lead, Chief of Staff, senior leadership, HR, and other teams to drive alignment and engagement. This role involves developing content that brings our strategies to life through a multi-channel approach, including internal newsletters, Slack, digital storytelling, and events. Responsibilities include supporting leadership communication needs, curating engaging experiences, sharing impactful stories, analyzing feedback and metrics, and promoting engagement across teams. Responsibilities:
Support leadership with organizational announcements, meeting preparations, and team updates. Create engaging experiences such as executive gatherings, all-employee meetings, and storytelling content. Share impactful stories via internal channels, managing content distribution end-to-end. Analyze feedback and metrics to improve communication effectiveness. Promote engagement between associates and leadership. Ideal Candidate:
Strong writing and storytelling skills. Ability to simplify complex content. Experience with communication tools (Gmail, Zoom, Slack, etc.). Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. Proven collaborative relationship-building. Creative problem-solving skills. Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or military experience. Minimum 3 years in project management, communications, marketing, or related roles. At least 3 years of content creation experience. Preferred:
4+ years in communications or marketing. 2+ years in financial services. Note: Capital One does not sponsor employment authorization for this role.
