Overview We are hiring for a Heavy Equipment Operator at Paved Assets, a commercial paving contractor in North Carolina. This full-time role involves operating bulldozers, backhoes, rollers, and other machines on municipal, state, and commercial development projects across North Carolina. The work requires precision, patience, and pride in achieving accurate grades, slopes, and compaction tests. Location North Carolina – Travel to project sites required About the Role You'll run bulldozers, backhoes, rollers, and other equipment as part of a disciplined paving crew.
