This is a year-round, full-time position with Union benefits and weekly pay! Service equipment such as gasoline tools, hydraulic tools, power saws, winches, mowers, weed whackers, chippers, and sprayers. Use hand tools including axes, hand-lines, saws, pruners, etc. Plan, assign, direct, check, and coordinate work. Ensure quality and productivity standards are met. Perform labor tasks to keep crew operations efficient. Maintain safety, quality, and production standards. Clean up debris after work. Obtain permission from property owners for work on their property and communicate work details. Promote good customer relations and professional behavior. Implement safety measures like barriers and warning signs. Stay informed on equipment, procedures, and policies. Minimum Qualifications: Be at least 18 years old. Be familiar with electrical hazards. Education & Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Pre-Screening: Pre-employment drug screen, background, and MVR checks may be required. License & Certifications: Valid CDL required. Physical Requirements: Rare: sitting, kneeling, crawling, color vision, climbing stairs. Occasional: stooping, squatting, climbing, reading, pushing, lifting up to 50 lbs. Frequent: walking, twisting, dexterity, speaking, hearing, lifting, carrying, pulling, balancing, lifting up to 50 lbs. Continuous: standing, touch, distance vision, climbing, gripping, reaching, range of motion, depth perception. Safety: Must have good eyesight, endurance, ability to work in various weather conditions, wear PPE, and communicate effectively.
