Cybersecurity Acquisition Analyst Join to apply for the Cybersecurity Acquisition Analyst role at VISTA Technology Services Inc. VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is currently seeking a Cybersecurity Acquisition Analyst to support a NAVSEA Ship Acquisition Program in the DMV Area. This position is contingent upon contract award. Responsibilities Support Navy Participating Acquisition Resource Manager (PARM) teams and manage acquisition Situational Awareness and Boundary Enforcement and Response (SABER) system cybersecurity program Support working groups, attend configuration control boards, Cyber IPTs, and assist in managing cyber shipboard systems requirements, and risks Track and assess cyber readiness and sustainment metrics for assigned systems Provide technical awareness of cyber risk, software updates, and system modifications and IPTs focused on system cybersecurity, sustainment, and modernization Work with cross-functional teams, cyber leads and POCs at multiple work locations Assist in developing briefing materials, situational reports, and technical summaries for senior leadership Organize, research and manage multiple tasks Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree OR 4 years of Navy DoD shipboard systems cybersecurity experience in lieu of degree Strong understanding of NAVSEA shipboard system cybersecurity practices, directives, and reporting requirements Proficient using MS Office365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) Working knowledge of Navy cybersecurity policy (e.g., DoDI 8500 series, SECNAV M-5239.2) Familiar with Risk Management Framework (RMF) Understanding of software lifecycle management and sustainment processes Excellent listening, written and oral communication skills Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, research, and prioritization skills Ability to operate independently within a team environment Active DoD Secret Clearance Desired Qualifications 8 years of Navy DoD shipboard systems cybersecurity experience VISTA offers a competitive compensation package and a generous benefit plan which includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, tuition assistance, and an employer matching 401(k) plan.
