People like you!**Job Description****Role: Manufacturing Cl****erk****Location:** **Bismarck, Missouri****Job Summary**Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Manufacturing Clerk provides critical administrative support to various plant operations including production, purchasing, HR, safety, and shipping. This role ensures accurate recording and reporting of production data, inventory, materials, and other key metrics to support plant operations in a high-speed, continuous manufacturing environment. **This is not a remote position.****Benefits**Health Insurance (includes Teladoc, virtual health, FSA, HCSA & other benefits)Dental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife InsuranceHealth Spending AccountEmployee Support and Mental WellnessShort Term Disability401k MatchPaid VacationFloating DaysEmployee Assistance ProgramEmployee Engagement EventsAwards and RecognitionTuition ReimbursementService AwardsEmployee Perks & Discounts**Job Responsibilities**Daily recording of production numbers and preparation of weekly corporate reportsConfirm production matches in all systems and verify alignment with palletizer dataDiscuss discrepancies with supervisors and ensure correctionsCalculate and record efficiencies, seconds, hours worked, and downtimeRecord all inventory counts, analyze variances, and report findingsEnter transfer data and update inventory count groups post-productionDevelop production run schedules based on input from order center and demand forecastsCreate and manage manufacturing orders in Mapics, including updates and mid-week changesComplete the weekly corporate report for end-of-week review (excluding downtime reasons, accomplishments, and future outlooks)Process rewraps of shingle bundles using Green ScreenReceive raw materials and service items into MapicsCollaborate with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice discrepanciesUpdate and monitor rail reports to track raw material shipments and expected arrivalsConduct monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory counts and post approved resultsPrepare and distribute monthly supply chain data and organization review reportsGenerate waste reports and process Quality Defect Reports (QDRs)Schedule and coordinate all plant visits and toursMaintain staff and conference room calendarsProvide general administrative support across departments as neededDiversity, Equal Opportunity and Accommodations:IKO Industries Inc.. is an equal opportunity employer.
