Global Finance practice

Candidate Profile
JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record (link removed)> Active Bar Admission in Massachusetts , in good standing.
24 years
of substantive
finance/
transactional experience (link removed)> Proven ability to handle transactional negotiations
from due diligence through closing , acting as a key deal team member.
Prior experience with
securitization ,
structured finance ,
CLOs , or
subscription credit facilities
is
helpful , but not required.
Intellectual curiosity and a
specific desire to expand their practice
in
the areas of
CLOs ,
fund finance , and
private credit (link removed)> Strategic thinker with a collaborative approach and the ability to work across disciplines and client industries.
Soft Skills: Strong legal writing, communication, and oral advocacy skills, alongside sound business acumen, are essential.

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Salary: $235,000+ , commensurate with experience and class year.
