We are seeking an experienced
Product Communications Leader
to step in as
Interim Director of Corporate Affairs . This role supports the communications strategy for a
diverse portfolio of therapies , including a
rare disease franchise .

Responsibilities
Key Focus Areas
Product Communications - Execute planned communications for milestones and launches (press releases, media strategy, Q&A, etc.) Influencer Campaign Management - Oversee the development and launch of a video-driven influencer campaign spanning media, social, and paid channels. 2026 Strategic Planning - Collaborate with leadership on future product communications strategy. Media & Stakeholder Engagement - Act as primary media contact, managing agency partners and building positive coverage. Internal Communications - Partner with internal teams to keep employees aligned and informed.
Qualifications
Required Skills
10+ years in pharma/biotech product communications, including milestone, launch, and media strategies. Ability to lead cross-functional and agency teams with confidence. Experience supporting rare disease communications is a plus, but not required. Strong writing, media relations, and campaign leadership skills. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field. Local to Cambridge, MA and able to work hybrid (Tues/Wed/Thurs onsite).
