Overview Residential Counselor - Overnight role at NFI North. NFI North provides mental health and behavioral support services to people facing life challenges with a goal for people to grow, have hope, and thrive in their community. NFI North is seeking Awake Overnight Direct Care Counselors for our Transitional Housing Program in Bradford, NH. This program is a residential treatment and day program with a progressive reputation of providing comprehensive clinical, vocational services and life skills for adults living with mental illness that are seeking independent living. Many of our participants get apartments and go to college with the support of our amazing staff team. Responsibilities Supervise the daily activities of participants, providing ongoing support, guidance and role modeling. Facilitate participant improvement in the areas of personal responsibility, social skills, medication monitoring and administration, community living skills and behavior. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and/or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience with client population.
