Position Description Responsibilities include operating various types of heavy equipment to prepare and grade job sites, perform demolition, and support construction projects safely and efficiently. Duties involve equipment operation, site grading, demolition, maintenance, and adherence to safety standards. The role may require working weekends, holidays, and overtime, as well as performing laborer work as needed. Position Requirements Minimum of 4 years of heavy equipment operating experience or equivalent education and experience. Ability to perform laborer work and work safely under pressure. Physical ability to handle tasks involving bending, lifting (up to 75 lbs), climbing, and handling materials. Good hand-eye coordination and depth perception. High School diploma/GED preferred.
