Overview Join to apply for the Heavy Equipment Operator role at DJ's Landscape Management . We are seeking seasonal on-call Heavy Equipment Operators to join our winter team. Operate equipment, earn competitive pay, and help with snow removal operations during the winter season. Responsibilities Operate snow removal equipment and “big toys” to meet customer specifications and quality standards. Work safely and communicate effectively to address on-the-job issues. Submit hours, activities, and materials details in a timely and accurate manner. Complete all required training, onboarding, safety, and route learning. Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age. Professional commercial snow removal experience preferred. Experience operating wheel loaders, skid steers, agricultural tractors, tractors-trailers, and bulldozers is preferred but not required. Smartphone required. Available for on-call work including nights, days, holidays, and weekends as needed. Reliable transportation to and from work; able to work in extreme weather conditions including subfreezing temperatures and heavy precipitation.
