Overview Wolverine Lawn Services is hiring experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join our Snow & Ice Management team for the 2025–2026 winter season. Operators are responsible for efficiently clearing snow from commercial properties using loaders, skid steers, and other heavy equipment to maintain safe and accessible conditions. Location Plainwell, Kalamazoo, Allegan, and Jackson, MI Company Wolverine Lawn Services Season Winter 2025–2026 Compensation $22 - $35 hourly Responsibilities Operate loaders, skid steers, and other heavy equipment to clear snow on commercial properties. Maintain safe and accessible conditions during winter weather. Work as part of a reliable, team-oriented Snow & Ice Management team.
