Overview Seasonal on-call Heavy Equipment Operators needed to join our winter crew in Comstock Park, MI. Operate heavy equipment to clear snow and support customers. This is a part-time, seasonal role with flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement based on performance. Responsibilities Operate snow removal equipment and perform tasks to meet customer specifications and quality standards Communicate effectively on on-the-job issues Submit details of hours, activities, and materials accurately and timely Complete all required training, onboarding, snow removal safety, and route learning Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Professional commercial snow removal experience preferred Smartphone Experience operating wheel loaders, skid steers, agricultural tractors, tractors-trailers, and bulldozers preferred, but not required Available for on-call work including nights, days, holidays, and weekend work as needed Must have access to reliable transportation and be able to work in extreme winter conditions Benefits Base pay of $24+ per hour, depending on experience Paid Training Referral Incentive - Refer your friends and earn more Part-time, seasonal position with flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability Duration Position is available for the winter season, typically from November 15 to April 15, with opportunities for full-time positions based on performance and business needs #J-18808-Ljbffr
