Overview Urgently hiring for the Production Assembly - 2nd shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM) at IAC International Automotive India Pvt. Ltd. in Arlington, TX. This role is for Assembly Team Members on the 2nd shift. Responsibilities Assemble and/or sequence components to meet customer quality and delivery expectations. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following procedures, rules, and regulations. Work in a manufacturing environment with a strong emphasis on attention to detail. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively. Cross-training and job rotation are required. Stand for 8–12 hours per day. Lift up to 15 lbs frequently, and up to 50 lbs with assistance. Be able to work extra hours or shifts as production needs require. Be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Be available to work 6 days a week. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED.
