Position Title Accounting Professional Location Indianapolis, IN 46225 Anticipated Start Date ASAP Expected Duration 12 Month Job Type CONTRACT Base Pay Range $31.00/hr - $32.00/hr Must Haves Excel skills (ideally someone would say 4/10 or above on a 1‑10 scale) SAP experience is preferred Bachelors in accounting/finance or related field (required) and 2 years of accounting experience Key Responsibilities Complete tasks to provide accounting details/documents for AP, AR, GL, or cash items to the Defense finance teams/buyer as requested. Complete coordination efforts on data required by the M&A group. Complete other ad‑hoc requirements such as reconciliations, reviewing journal entries, etc. as laid out by management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and 2+ years of experience in accounting or a master’s degree in accounting or finance and 2+ years of experience in accounting Must be a U.S. Citizen Knowledge of general accounting such as accounting entries, reconciliations and analysis. Preferred Demonstration of effective communication and problem‑solving skills Ability to work in an environment with frequent interruptions, high volume of activities, and multiple demands and deadlines.
