Overview Sigma Continental (or Crew Cargo) is seeking experienced CDL A truck drivers to join our team for dedicated team runs. Immediate positions are available. We operate as a Contracted Service Provider for FedEx Ground based out of the Fairless Hills Hub. We prioritize safety and provide prompt, respectful service to our team members and customers. We offer competitive compensation, newer equipment, and industry-leading benefits. Currently, openings are for unassigned team drivers out of the FedEx Hub in Fairless Hills, PA. While unassigned, the runs offer reliability, averaging about 5,000 miles per week. Teams have 24/7 access to our operations team for on-the-road support. Responsibilities Operate as a CDL A team driver on dedicated team runs based out of Fairless Hills, PA for FedEx Ground. Maintain safety as a top priority and comply with all applicable regulations. Eligible for no touch freight with drop & hook where applicable. Adhere to dispatch schedules (3 AM dispatches, Tuesday through Saturday; Sunday/Monday off). Coordinate with the operations team for on-the-road issues. Qualifications CDL A license. 21 years of age or older. Live within 200 miles of Harrisburg, PA. Compensation & Schedule Team mileage pay: 90 cents per mile (team split). Estimated earnings: $2,025 to $2,250+ per week (paid weekly). Weekly minimum compensation: $1,800. Bonuses: 5 cents per mile for all miles from start through January 10, paid January 16, contingent on no missed dispatches or safety incidents. Equipment: 2025 Freightliner Cascadia 126 Automatic; refrigerator and microwave; no-touch freight where applicable. Additional Information Team runs out of Fairless Hills, PA.
