Our employees are an integral part of who we are—what you do and what you think matters. Summary Supplies Filler Operators with clean and sanitary milk cases to allow production to run efficiently. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Unload trailers as received and document and account for cases and pallets accurately. Lift, stack, and load pallets, and additional items needed from trailers. Safely transfer cases to the chain. When the chain is full, the operator will proactively assist with alternative job tasks to support production. Keep the work area clean, orderly, and safe. When cleaning case washer, case dock drain, or trailers, work safely around chemicals and machinery. Monitor radio systems to ensure effective communication for operational efficiency. Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve shared goals and ensure successful completion of tasks. Other duties may be assigned. Basic Requirements High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED). The employee must be able to reach, bend, extend, and lift 50‑60 pounds and handle dairy products and push and pull stacks of products weighing up to 200 lbs. Work Environment May require working in the cooler room with varying temperature and contact with water or dairy liquids. Exposure to noise level of 90 decibels.
