Staffmark is seeking motivated Manufacturing Operators to join a leading plastics production facility in Hartford City, IN. This is an opportunity in a fast‑paced, team‑focused environment. Hours & Pay Pay Rate: $18.48/hr Shift: 12‑hour night shift | 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM Schedule: Rotating 2-2-3 (two days on, two days off, every other weekend) Additional voluntary overtime available Responsibilities Move finished plastic products safely from end‑of‑line into correct packaging and place on skids Verify skids and pallet patterns meet customer specifications according to the work order Communicate with the line operator if finished goods do not meet work order requirements Stack and pack products into packaging efficiently and correctly Perform visual inspection and weight verification of products Maintain good housekeeping practices on assigned lines Assist with additional tasks as needed Operate packaging tools such as pallet jacks, tape guns, glue guns, measuring tape, cut gloves, and box cutters Requirements Stand for up to 12 hours per shift in a production environment Lift and move products from table height to pallet on the floor (up to 50 lbs; up to 60 lbs at Hartford City location) Move skids of product with a pallet jack up to 15 feet Frequently climb, bend, twist, push, pull, and reach Able to work in hot or cold temperature environments Ability to lift 50 lbs Ability to work at a fast pace and stand for extended periods Average math and reading skills Excellent attendance record Prior plastics extrusion or forming experience is a plus but not required Why You’ll Love This Job We offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your health, financial goals, and work‑life balance.
