Law Firm Billing Coordinator – Remote
Our law firm client is seeking a Billing Coordinator. The Billing Coordinator manages a portfolio of client billing, ensures compliance with client guidelines, and supports lawyers with billing-related tasks. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a customer service mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client billing portfolio and provide status reports
Monitor and revise E‑billing submissions
Resolve billing issues and communicate with stakeholders
Process and review client bills for accuracy and quality
Ensure monthly billing deadlines are met
Assist lawyers with budgets, reports, and client requests
Use accounting tools for tracking and reporting
Maintain confidentiality and integrity with sensitive information
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or billing
Strong technology skills (MS Office Suite, accounting tools)
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and strategize
High motivation, flexibility, and commitment to teamwork
Strong customer service orientation and follow‑through skills

Salary Range:
$61,000 – $77,000
