SystemC / TLM2 Modeling Engineer 100% Remote | 12+ Months | $58 - $60/HR

Required

5+ years of recent SystemC experience

Hands‑on SystemC modeling projects

Strong TLM/TLM2.0 knowledge

Performance modeling & architecture exploration experience

Solid C++ skills (SystemC foundation)

Exposure to SystemC verification (testbenches, simulation)

Modeling across abstraction levels (behavioral, RTL, TLM)

Job Responsibilities

Develop and maintain SystemC/TLM2 models for memory controllers, peripherals, and interconnects

Integrate models into system‑level design tools

Analyze and optimize model performance

Build and run testbenches; support system‑level debug

Create clear documentation for models and design specs

Deliverables

Cycle‑approximate performance models

SV/UVM functional & performance verification

Experience & Education

B.E./M.E./M.Tech or B.S./M.S. in EE/CSE + 5+ years SystemC/TLM2

Strong C/C++

Preferred

Memory controller knowledge (DDR/LPDDR)

UVM experience

Experience with debuggers, complex projects, global teams

Plus

System‑level architecture (AXI/AHB)

Perforce/Git
