Role Overview We are looking for hungry and motivated sales representatives that will thrive in a fast‑paced environment built for you to be rewarded. As a Merchant Cash Advance Broker, you will act as the key liaison between business owners seeking funding and our underwriting/funding team. You will proactively develop relationships and manage the deal flow from initial outreach through to funding.
What You’ll Do
Prospect new business owners and develop a pipeline
Qualify business owners for merchant cash advance opportunities
Present our funding solutions in a consultative manner
Collaborate with underwriting team to ensure timely and accurate submission of applications.
Maintain, expand and nurture client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
Keep up‑to‑date with industry trends, competitor offerings and regulatory/compliance requirements in the MCA space.
Use CRM tools to track your pipeline, manage follow‑ups and maximize deal conversion.
What We’re Looking For
Proven sales experience (1+ year minimum) in B2B or financial services
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
Highly motivated & results driven with a hunter mentality.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience using a CRM system
Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously and maintain a steady flow of activity.
