Job Description
8-10 years of enterprise architecture experience and well versed with enterprise architect practices
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a matrixed organization
5+ years of experience on Cloud and 4+ years of experience with AI/ML
Good Understanding of EA Frameworks such as TOGAF and develop enterprise architecture blueprint and roadmap based on various business and IT stakeholder engagement/collaboration
8+ years of professional experience in technology disciplines with primary focus on business strategy, architecture, product strategy and architecture, enterprise architecture, solution architecture, data architecture, integrations architecture and technology architecture
6+ years of full lifecycle software engineering experience using waterfall or agile frameworks
3+ years of proven expertise of managing and leading cross-functional matrixed teams
Proven success driving business technology strategies that lead to product distinction
Experience managing relationships, coalitions and communications with senior and executive level business and technology leaders to influence desired outcomes without direct authority
Quick learner for new technology skills such as Mainframe and Cobol
Roles & Responsibilities
Interpreting business needs and applying innovative technology solutions
Work effectively in a matrix organization with teams of architects, scrum teams and business partners with minimal supervision
Express ideas verbally and in writing to effectively communicate with and influence teammates, technology partners, business leaders and executives
Provide architecture design, recommendations, blue‑print and roadmaps for the product capabilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to define long‑term technology strategies that encompass AI/ML capabilities alongside traditional IT systems
Provide strategic and tactical architecture direction to delivery teams aligning to product and program roadmap
Prepare materials for Architectural Review Boards that demonstrate the alignment of the software delivery to enterprise practices and roadmap
Lead change and innovation; be a catalyst for business transformation and modernization through disruptive technology innovations
Provide industry, technology and market expertise and thought leadership to support and guide business decisions around strategic investments for the assigned product family
Decompose complex business strategies into initiatives relatable to each product and family product capabilities to enable efficient architecture road mapping and solutions

Salary Range $120,000 - $150,000 a Year
