Role Overview Our up‑market Commercial team serves growing organizations with 250–10,000 employees. In this role you will sell the Salesforce Customer 360 platform to Health and Life Sciences accounts (Payers, Providers, MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, BioTech) and help customers realize value from their Salesforce investments.

Day to Day You will engage with existing customers and new leads, build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and C‑suite decision‑makers, and develop opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting.
Responsibilities
Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts.
Develop and drive the overall long‑term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives.
Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs.
Perform account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with Prime and Cloud sales resources to ensure strategic alignment.
Share Salesforce value proposition for existing and/or new customers.
Drive growth within an existing assigned account.
Preferred Qualifications
5–10 years of full‑cycle sales experience, with at least 3 in SaaS.
Proven experience managing existing customer accounts to drive upsell/cross‑sell opportunities or acquiring new logo accounts (Hunter role).
Ability to build and deliver presentations to customers.
Ability to strategize with a large extended team.
Experience evaluated based on core competencies (e.g., extracurricular leadership, military service, volunteer work).
