Qualifications

3 years retail or customer service management experience; OR 4+ years of U.S. military service

Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills

Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales‑focused environment

Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity

Minimum High School diploma or GED

Requirements

Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to be employed in the United States

Ability to work full time (work may exceed 40 hours per week) including variable hours, early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays

Vacation accrual varies by state: up to 120 hours annually for roles below director (190 in CA), and 200 hours for director or above; other states start at 120 hours (below director) and 200 hours (director or above).
