Key Responsibilities

Source and qualify prospective Limited Partners across RIAs, Family Offices, Endowments, and Foundations Conduct market research to identify new LP channels and opportunities Build and maintain relationships with CIOs, portfolio managers, executives, and intermediaries Support outreach efforts and refine marketing materials Manage pipeline activity using CRM tools Provide analytical and operational support for investor relations initiatives, including presentations, pipeline reports, and DDQ/RFP preparation Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or related field 1–3 years of experience in financial services, private equity, investment sales, or business development Strong communication and interpersonal skills Creative, proactive approach to sourcing and relationship building High attention to detail; ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong motivation, curiosity, and interest in private equity and capital formation Seniority Level
