Base Pay Range $140,000 - $220,000 per year
Position: Founding / Regional Sales Manager – Dermatology Location: San Francisco, CA (Remote‑first startup environment)
Responsibilities
Full‑Cycle SaaS Ownership: From cold prospecting private practices and PE‑backed groups, through demos, contract negotiation, and closing.
Revenue‑Cycle Consultative Selling: Diagnose financial leaks (denial rates, under‑coding) and articulate ROI in days in A/R & net collection ratio.
Market Feedback Loop: Relay customer feedback on payer rules, API issues, and feature requests to the Product/Engineering team.
Tech Stack
Sales & Pipeline: HubSpot/Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Dermatology Ecosystem: ModMed (EMA), Nextech, EzDerm
RCM & Billing Tools: Availity, Waystar, CPT/ICD‑10 coding tools
Environment: Slack, Zoom, Notion
Work Approach
Ownership: Ensure seamless handover to implementation, delivering promised financial lift.
Agile & Iterative: Test value propositions monthly (e.g., automated billing, chart review) based on market response.
Consistent Customer Engagement: Work with practice managers and billers to surface workflow friction.

Existing Network: Warm contacts with dermatologists & practice managers in territory.
Reimbursement experience: Prior Auths, Step Therapy, Buy‑and‑Bill knowledge.
Dermatology Coding: Familiarity with Mohs, biopsies, lesion destruction.
High‑volume activity: 6‑10 office visits/day and strong demo conversion.
Nice to Have
Tech‑savvy: Willingness to learn AI agents for billing.
RCM Pain Points: Understanding claims, J‑Codes, co‑pay accumulators.
Product Launch Experience: Participated in new drug or approval launch.
