Preferred Qualifications
4+ years of personal lines account management insurance experience in a brokerage
Experience managing high-net-worth accounts preferred
Active Property & Casualty License
Strong coverage and product knowledge with an understanding of agency functions and procedures
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Experience with insurance agency management systems (AppliedEpic preferred), Microsoft Office, and other database management systems
The Position
Deliver exceptional customer service and address the insurance needs of clients and producers.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through outside sales initiatives.
Conduct thorough reviews of insurance applications.
Cultivate and maintain client relationships to foster future business growth.
Compile and manage data related to insurance policy changes and records.
Coordinate and oversee services, coverages, pricing, and proposals, culminating in finalized sales.
