This role is ideal for someone competitive, self-motivated, and passionate about growth and results.**What You’ll Bring to Our Team*** Level 1 General Insurance License* Hands-on insurance experience, ideally in auto or related lines* Proven track record in sales and meeting/exceeding targets* A self-starter mentality with strong drive and accountability* Customer-first approach with excellent relationship-building skills* Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask under pressure* Thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment**A Day in the Life*** Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, teammates, and auto dealership partners* Actively promote and sell ICBC and private insurance products to meet and exceed sales targets* Process a variety of auto insurance transactions, including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, debt payments, and more* Upsell and cross-sell additional insurance products to add value for clients and drive performance metrics* Support your branch by taking calls, managing administrative tasks, and contributing to a high-performing team**Salary Expectations –**The expected salary range for this position is $40,000 to $45,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
