and## PurposeThe Test Manager or Director will supervise and lead lab members in the Test area, developing test capabilities, setting up the data center, establishing data analysis methods, and providing foundry support.## Responsibilities* Lead lab members with hands on approach, managing task assignments and supervision* Develop TIE test capabilities as the team leader* Setup of data center for test data and data analysis methods to align with foundry requirements* Setup team to support the Foundry including shift work and concurrent support development requirements.* Other related functions as assigned.## Required Qualifications### **Test Manager:*** MS in Electrical engineering* Five years of experience in Electrical test equipment/methods including DC parametric testing, mixed signal, analogue and digital; ATE testers, and fault isolation* Electrical test lab leadership experience (as Manager or above)* Experience in leading a technical team* Fault isolation expertise and ability to provide feedback to the fab and designers for fault root cause analysis* Interested in setting up and running the test facility to support the Foundry and with excess capacity supporting outside customer interests* Willing to be a self-starter and wear multiple hats.### **Test Director:*** All of the required qualifications listed for the Test manager, and,* At least an MS in Electrical engineering* More than five years of experience in Electrical test equipment/methods including DC parametric testing, mixed signal, analogue and digital; ATE testers, and fault isolation* At least five years of experience in leading a technical teamEquivalent education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.## Preferred Qualifications* Experience testing for advance packaging applications* Experience with RF testing and methods## Salary RangeTIE Pays Industry-Competitive Salaries## Working Conditions* Uniforms and/or personal protection equipment (furnished)* May work in all weather conditions* May work in extreme temperatures* May work around chemical fumes* May work around standard office conditions* May work around biohazards* May work around chemicals* May work around electrical and mechanical hazards* Repetitive use of a keyboard at a workstation* Use of manual dexterity (ex: using a mouse)* Climbing of stairs## Work Shift* Monday – Friday.* Occasional/frequent nights/weekends required.## Required Materials* Resume/CV* 3 work references with their contact information; at least one reference should be from a supervisor* Letter of interest (optional)**Important** **for applicants who are NOT current university employees or contingent workers:** You will be prompted to submit your resume the first time you apply, then you will be provided an option to upload a new Resume for subsequent applications.
