About Us At Clove & Twine, we’re redefining corporate gifting by curating remarkable, sustainable gifts that foster authentic connections. Our mission is to elevate gifting beyond mere transactions, creating lasting impressions through thoughtful and high‑quality gifts.
We envision a world where corporate gifting becomes a powerful conduit for authentic relationships and sustainable impact. Through our commitment to exceptional gifts, we aim to transform the art of gifting into a catalyst for positive change—celebrating people, nurturing the planet, and creating a legacy of impact one gift at a time.
Role Summary The Senior Marketing Manager at Clove & Twine will build and run a marketing engine that fuels pipeline growth, deepens engagement, and strengthens retention across every stage of the client journey. We’re looking for an experienced marketer who can connect strategy to execution, and execution to results. You will architect campaigns, interpret results with precision, and refine strategies to drive sustainable growth.
You’ll work closely with the Director of Creative & Marketing and collaborate across departments to lead marketing strategy, paid media, campaigns, CRM automation, content deployment, and funnel development. You’ll own the systems and campaigns that attract, convert, and nurture leads, ensuring our brand, storytelling, touchpoints, and data all work in sync to drive growth.
Key Focus Areas 1. Demand Generation & Sales Alignment
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and audience engagement, drive pipeline, and support revenue goals
Own a focused mix of channels (email, website, LinkedIn, and Meta) and ensure campaigns are cohesive and on‑brand
Build clear campaign briefs and collaborate closely with the Director of Creative & Marketing so assets and campaigns are on‑brand and built to perform
Partner with Sales to define ICPs, prioritize segments, and align campaigns with outreach sequences, ensuring a qualified pipeline
2. Lifecycle, Email & CRM
Own HubSpot marketing workflows, nurture tracks, and basic lead scoring to move prospects from first touch to opportunity
Build and manage segmented email programs (nurture, re‑engagement, lifecycle) with clear goals and simple reporting
Maintain lists, segments, and core data hygiene so targeting stays accurate and usable
Align with Sales on lead routing and follow‑up expectations and adjust programs based on feedback and performance
3. Paid Media & Performance
Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta
Adjust targeting, messaging, and budgets based on performance
Collaborate with external agency partners on Google Ads as needed, while keeping non‑Google channels managed in‑house
Test and iterate audiences, creative, offers, and landing experiences to improve conversion and lead quality
Own core marketing reporting: channel performance, lead quality, CAC trends, and contribution to pipeline
What We’re Looking For
5–8+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B, e‑commerce, or brand‑forward environments
Proven success in leading brand marketing strategies and demand‑gen campaigns.
Hands‑on experience in HubSpot for automation, workflows, segmentation, and reporting
Comfortable managing paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, and Google
Strong understanding of marketing funnels, attribution, and conversion optimization
Confident working with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and similar platforms
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, stay organized, and deliver on deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Experience building strong cross‑functional partnerships with Sales, Creative, and Leadership to move work forward aligned and on time
Interest in and ability to use AI and automation tools to move faster, improve execution, stay competitive, and keep marketing systems sharp and optimized
Passion for premium brands, sustainability, and marketing that blends creativity with tangible impact
Bonus Points
Degree in Marketing or a related field preferred
Experience in corporate gifting, lifestyle, or e‑commerce
Familiarity with B2B sales cycles, ABM, or outbound‑heavy environments
Experience with project management tools like Monday, Asana, and Notion
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and visual asset tools
Experience managing and optimizing social content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, with awareness of platform trends and performance metrics
Comfort developing visual and written assets that align with brand voice and campaign objectives when supporting or scaling creative output
